Quick Facts

  • $1.5k - $3k/month, depending on size of restaurant.

  • Early adopters are already saving 30-40 hours/week of labor, experience lower employee turnover and spend more time engaged with their guests.

  • Our robots are programmed to maximize efficiency, and customers have seen as much as $300/month in utility and water savings.

  • We support the vast majority of dish room configurations, including corner, u-shape and linear. The robot utilizes the existing dish machine, whether door-type or conveyor.

  • We can install within 3 months.

AI-Powered

Our robots are driven by advanced neural networks trained on thousands of hours of real dishwashing. With millimeter-level 3D perception, they can identify dishes in messy piles, grasp them reliably, and wash them to commercial standards.

Dishwashing is just the beginning. Robots are learning to handle nearly every task in the kitchen, and new capabilities will be unlocked over time through software updates.

FAQs

  • Our robots can run 24/7 in your dishroom.

    Here’s the process:

    1. We install into a dishroom in hours and can typically use the existing dishwasher.

    2. Staff leave dirty dishes on a conveyor belt that’s integrated in the dish table.

    3. The robot scrapes, rinses and racks dishes, and then runs the dishes through the dishwasher.

    4. On the unload side, the robot stacks and organizes dishes by type.

  • We’re currently installing in some of the nation’s largest full-service restaurant chains.

Please schedule a demo or email us to explore installing a system in your restaurant.

  • Our robots uplevel restaurant staff by taking on the dullest and most repetitive work. Staff members gain time to focus on guests and the dining experience, while expanding their responsibilities to include operating and managing robotic systems. In an industry facing persistent labor shortages, robots are an important boost to staff productivity.

  • Our software is agnostic to the hardware it runs on: we can use different robot arms, and those arms can be mounted to the wall or embodied with wheels or legs. We currently use stationary arms to provide the highest dishwashing throughput in the least amount of space.

For our customers, we aim to be the one-stop shop for kitchen robots. Our subscription includes hardware upgrades as our products evolve.

  • We’re building a general purpose robot for kitchens, with an “app” for every task.

Dishwashing is the first application for that platform. Future tasks will handle prep cooking in the morning, run the fry station during peak hours, and close out the day rolling silverware.
